The Day Kyoshi John Richards Visited Us
On Tuesday the 24th April kyoshi John Richards (who is our grader) Came to our training dojo in Saltey Birmingham to see how good we had become from the learning we had done with our trainers Abdul Hafiz and Barakat Ali.
Firstly, Kyoshi john Richards did a warm up with us where we had to do over ten moves at the same time but they were only basic moves so it was not very hard.
Secondly we did some basics and combinations and after that we did our kartas that went with our belt.
![]() Then, we played a game where we had to pull of the tail of a dragon while moving around each other and it was very fun and the quickest time was 3 seconds and that was done by a boy called Arik and he pulled the tail of a girl called Nadia.
Lastly, we got our mitts out and did kumite in a pair and finally we did solulation and that was the end.
Overall it was a really good day and I hope he comes again to our Saltey Club in Birmingham.
