Open Squad training Saturday 23th January

2010, and it starts at our first Open Kumite Squad training

We are open to all Traditional Karate Groups and associations

Training on the 23th January at Zen-Shin HQ at st George ’s Centre Hockley 2pm-3:30pm,

covering Fitness Fighting technique and Kumite rules.

Cost of Squad members training £7.50 non members £10.00

As some of you may have missed out on a training session or two during the snow fall,

I would like to invite you to the following catch up sessions which will take place at Hockley centre (HQ).

These sessions are free of charge for all students and will help you in working towards your next grading.

16th January 2010 and 30th January 2010

12-1pm Children up to 12 years Novice to Yellow / white belt

1-2pm All students Green belt and above

All 4th Kyu Purple/White Belts

This course is for all 4th Kyu students who will be taking their 3rd Kyu grading over the next 6 months.

We will be working on the 3rd Kyu syllabus to ensure that everyone meets the standards required for the grading.

The course is from 2-3.30pm on 30th January and 13th February the cost is £7.50 per session.
