Welcome to the newly updated Zen-Shin Blog

We’ve made some big changes to the Zen-Shin Blog and are now in the process of adding lots of content and information.

The idea is that the blog will not only keep you up to date with all the Zen-Shin news but will also become a useful place to check dates and times for gradings, training sessions and special events.

I also wanted to make it easier for you to be able to find individual club news,  so I’ve added separate menus for the various clubs which make up the Academy.

A brand new addition to the blog is  ‘Ask Sensei’. Please feel free to ask a question, make a suggestion or a general enquiry.

I’m  always happy to hear from my students or anyone wishing to know more about the Zen-Shin Academy.
