The 2011 Combat Hall of Fame Awards ceremony, held on the 20thNovember 2011 at the Aston Villa conference suite in Birmingham, was exceptional. A special recognition for Kyoshi John Richards and the Zen-Shin Karate Association, 28 representatives from his dojos attended the Combat Hall of Fame Awards ceremony hosted by Paul Clifton, the editor of “Combat Magazine”. Kyoshi John Richards was awarded for his ‘Outstanding Commitment and Devotion’ to the development of Martial Arts in the United Kingdom and the World.
