This Sunday, the day when England lost terribaly to Germany, the "hottest day of the year" over 80 brown and black belts of Zen-Shin students, packed into the Zen-shin centre dojo. Ready to work and sweat. They all worked excellently, with Kyoshi John Richards drilling them over and over again, until he was satisfied with their efforts, and to uplift each and every students spirit and enthusiasm to bring out the best in every individual.

We split the class up into 3 sections: Kata, Combinations and Ipons. With Sensei Pansy Wright,and Mark Caddy stepping in for Sensei Linval Graham.

We started at 1pm and finished the grading finished at 7.30pm, so it was a long hard day, and i would like to say well done to all the students who took part and came out to make it happen in the heat.
