Zen-Shin Black Belt Karate Course and Grading.

The Black belts and 1st Kyus came together on the hottest sunday of the year so far.

We went outside on the grass and got a lovely suntan whilst some hard training ensued.

Thank you to all Black Belts that attended.

The standard was very good. There was a great working atmosphere.

Sensei Richards was actually pleased with the working standard of the 2nd Dans.
