40th Anniversary Switzerland Karate-Do |

A very special and motivating weekend in Switzerland to celebrate the last
40 years of Dominique Sigillo- Zen-Shin Karate Do, in Biel.
Everything was organised by Dominique Sigillo, also including
Dominique "the King" Valera 9th Dan from France and John Richards
7th Dan from England.
Kumite and Kickboxing was led by Dominique Valera, it was intensive training and very interseting.
Whether young or old, everyone could participate and we all were enthusiastic without exception.
Self Defence and Kata was taught by John Richards with lively and enthusiastic students they were
all full of motivation in the matter. Here too we learned many new things and also enjoyed repeating
older things to improve on.
All are definatly excited for another weekend like this, it was certainly very inspiring,
and brought togther people from all over Switzerland,
with this also came different styles of martial arts together.
And we also hope that people who are interested in martial arts want to experience this too. |
