My two sons are both members of the Zen-Shin Martial Arts Academy.  They are 15 and 11.  They both started at the age of 5 years in order to build their confidence and fitness levels.  My eldest son is now a 1st Dan (Black Belt) and is a member of Sensei Richards' Instructor Course in his second year.  My youngest son will be taking his 1st Dan within the next year or so.

I have found the club to be a very freindly place to be, having a nice family atmosphere with all instructors helpful, obliging and professional. My sons have received excellent training and guidance in their training and have also had great fun attending the twice-yearly Courses held in Devon.  On these Courses there has been a great atmosphere (even though they are hard work)!  Even parents are included in the proceedings!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Zen-Shin Martial Arts Academy to anyone who may be thinking of learning Karate or Kickboxing.
