Hi Mr Richards
I know you may not be Rs instructor but I would be grateful if you
passed this on to him/her. I am R's class teacher and today he handed
me a 'notice of intent to promote' form for me to fill in, which I have
done.
However, I wanted to take the opportunity to let you know about the great
improvement he has made since joining your club. He is now far more
respectful and mostly well behaved in school, which is excellent.
I know from speaking to him he really enjoys attending the club and I know
he personally gets a lot from it, so thank you.
